What’s your returns policy?

Due to the personalised nature of our boxes, all sales are final and non-refundable. (But trust us, they’ll LOVE it.)

If your box is faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@personallypicked.com.au within 7 days of receiving your box and we will organise a refund or a replacement for you.

What if I need my gift box delivered on a specific day?

Of course!

MELBOURNE METRO

You can select the ‘Same Day Shipping’ option at checkout for your gift box to be delivered the same day, if you order by 12pm, or you can select the day you would like it to be delivered and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on your chosen day. YAY!

REGIONAL/INTERSTATE

You can select the ‘Next Day Shipping’ option at checkout for your gift box to be delivered the next business day, if you order by 12pm, or you can select the day you would like it to be delivered and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on your chosen day. YAY!

Do you ship internationally?

No sorry, Australia only for the time being. Hopefully one day!

I have issues with my order/my order hasn’t arrived when scheduled what do I do?

Whoops! Send us an email at hello@personallypicked.com.au and we will get it sorted for you ASAP.

What is included in my AMAZING gift box?

All our PersonallyPicked gift boxes come personalised with your gift recipients name on the top of the box and a card with your own personalised message. The name you write in the ‘Shipping Details’ is the name we include on the box or any personalised items so please remember to put THEIR name in this section! Or this could be awkward.. 

What if I want multiple boxes delivered to different addresses?

You can either complete these all as separate transactions or email us at hello@personallypicked.com.au and we can help you out!

Can I track my delivery?

Sure can, you can stalk that gift box all you like using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

 

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I need to add to my box?

We require a minimum of 3 items per box order (any less and the box looks a little too empty). There is no maximum of items and we can provide a second complimentary box if needed, however we do recommend a guideline maximum of 10 items (we know that may be hard as we have so many awesome products, but you can do it!)

I have an idea in mind for an item I’d like included but it’s not on your website, can you help?

We love our thoughtful customers! Definitely send us an email for bespoke products and we will do our very best to help you include what you want. We are also frequently reviewing our product list to supply new and trending treats, so please throw any suggestions of what you would like to see our way.

What happens if the gift recipient isn’t home?

You will have the option to select “leave at address.” Our posties will leave the package in a safe place, and your loved one will be in for a great surprise when they get home.

Can I request a delivery time?

We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time as we use 3rd party distribution and well, people love receiving gifts at any time! However if the delivery of your gift will need a very specific delivery time please email us at hello@personallypicked.com.au and we can try our very best to meet your needs.

Is there an option for pick up instead of delivery?

Pick-up is not available for single box orders. For large custom and group orders we offer free delivery arrangements. This can be arranged at the time of order.

What’s the best way to dispose the box?

We provide high quality and beautiful boxes that are personalised for each receiver, so we encourage them to re-use their gift box to store any kind of goodies! However when the magnets are removed, the box is also 100% recyclable.

What if I want multiple boxes delivered to the same address?

Easy as pie! You can make individual transactions for each box through our online store. If you are ordering more than 3 boxes and don’t have the time to add each box individually, send an email to hello@personallypicked.com.au and we can process the order for you.

What if I want two names on the top of my Gift Box?

No worries! Just enter two first names in the 'Recipient's name' field at checkout and we will include both names on your box.
