In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to PersonallyPicked.

Your use of this website means that you have agreed to the following terms of use. Please note we may change these terms of use at any time, without notice.

All material on this site, including but not limited to images and logos, is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights owner by PersonallyPicked.

PRICING & GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are advertised inclusive of GST.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Our website may contain links to other website which we do not control. We are not responsible or liable for any content contained in these links and you visit these third party websites at your own risk. We are not to be held liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services through these Third Party websites.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an already completed order. If you contact us prior to your gift box being made we MAY be able to make product changes on request, but this is not guaranteed.

PURCHASE AND SALE OF ALCOHOL

  1. All alcoholic products available for purchase on PersonallyPicked are not available for persons under the age of 18 years. Under Victorian Legislation gifts containing alcohol can only be purchased by someone other than the ultimate receiver and both the purchaser and the ultimate receiver need to be over 18 years of age. PersonallyPicked encourages the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  2. Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5 litres per recipient. When placing orders customers should ensure that they do not exceed sending the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres per recipient. 
  3. Purchaser Representation: By ticking the ‘I agree’ button during the checkout process, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years. 
  4. Delivery: Upon delivery of your PersonallyPicked Gift Box, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the goods.

SHIPPING

We understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery and always endeavour to deliver your PersonallyPicked gift box as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However, as we use a number of delivery carriers, delays out of our control may result in your Gift Box being delivered later than scheduled. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order or offer a refund on orders due to late delivery time.

In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at hello@personallypicked.com.au and we will follow up.

Please note: Orders returned to PersonallyPicked due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-delivery fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or damaged. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Faulty orders will be refunded if the correct process (outlined below) is undertaken.

If product is found to be faulty, we must be notified via email (hello@personallypicked.com.au) within 7 days with the invoice number and detail of the faulty product/s. 

ORDERING

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order made through our website, for any reason including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, errors with payment processing, there are errors in the price or description of products you are trying to purchase or there is the possibility of fraud.

We do not operate on weekends. If you order a product on the weekend we will deliver on the next working day.
