Delivery & Shipping

We want to make sure your gift gets delivered safe, sound and on time! We have a shipping option for everyone. If you can’t see one right for you or have any questions just hit us up at hello@personallypicked.com.au.  We deliver Monday – Friday. Saturday delivery is available for Melbourne Metro postcodes. Eligible shipping options for your delivery postcode will be shown in checkout. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Cost: $10 or FREE on orders over $80

Perfect if: You don't need your gift box delivered by a specific date.

Shipping and delivery times: Estimated delivery times can be found HERE.

Eligible delivery areas: Australia Wide

MELBOURNE METRO SAME DAY

Cost: $20

Perfect if: You're delivering to a Melbourne Address and you need your gift to arrive ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery times: Order before 12pm and your gift box will be delivered the same day. (excluding Sunday's)

Eligible delivery areas: Available for deliveries to postcodes within 15km of Melbourne CBD. 

MELBOURNE METRO NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Cost: $15

Perfect if: You're delivering to a Melbourne address and you need your gift delivered ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery times: Order before 12pm and your gift box will be delivered the next day (please not we do not deliver on Sunday's)

Eligible delivery areas: Available for deliveries to postcodes within 15km of Melbourne CBD. 

 

NATIONWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING

Cost: $25

Perfect if: You're delivering to a non-Melbourne address and you need your gift delivered ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery times: If you order before 12pm your order will be packed and shipped the same day. Average express post shipping times is two days but varies based on location.

Important notes about delivery:

We understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery and always endeavour to deliver your PersonallyPicked gift box as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However, as we use a number of delivery carriers, delays out of our control may result in your Gift Box being delivered later than scheduled. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order or offer a refund on orders due to late delivery time.

In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at hello@personallypicked.com.au and we will follow up.

Deliveries to business addresses are more successful. If delivering to an apartment or unit please ensure someone will be home to receive the Gift Box.
